Roger Lee Peace III

Roger Lee Peace III is the CEO of PMGL LLC, with over 12 years of experience as a General Contractor alongside his construction team based out of Washington DC in Ward 7. Roger is resourceful in the construction field and uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed at their goals.

He loves spending time with his wife Maria, beautiful daughter Lincoln, and active Goldendoodle Mr. Bentley. During his leisure time, Roger enjoys going fishing and riding motorcycles. The quote by Denzel Washington that Roger lives by is “Dreams without goals are just dreams and ultimately they fuel disappointment.”

Maria Peace

Maria Peace is the Director of Operations of PMGL LLC, alongside her husband, for their construction development company in Washington, DC. Maria is a proud Washingtonian and the first generation of her Dominican Republic-born parents. Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and a Graduate degree in International Trade from Trinity Washington University.

Before becoming a full-time entrepreneur, Maria served as a Legislative Liaison for General Electric’s Research & Development.
